Air Fryer Savory Tofu & Mushroom Bites
In a large bowl, combine tamari (or soy sauce), nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
Ingredients
- 300 g extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 200 g cremini mushrooms, quartered
- 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine tamari (or soy sauce), nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
- Add the cubed tofu and quartered mushrooms to the bowl. Toss well to ensure all pieces are coated with the savory seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer to 185°C. Arrange the tofu and mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 13-15 minutes, shaking the basket 2-3 times during cooking, until tofu is golden and mushrooms are tender and slightly browned.
