Air Fryer Savory Cheese Scones
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 60 g Cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 120 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh chives (optional)
Steps
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter with a pastry blender or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chives (if using).
- Gradually add milk, mixing until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat into a 1-inch thick circle. Cut into 4-6 wedges.
- Place scones in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 175°C for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
