Air Fryer Sausage Breakfast Pockets
Preheat air fryer to 175°C.
Ingredients
- 1 tub Refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 200 g Cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 2 Large eggs, scrambled and cooked
- 100 g Shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
- Preheat air fryer to 175°C.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 4 rectangles (press seams together if using triangles).
- In the center of each rectangle, place a spoonful of scrambled egg, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Place pockets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
