Air Fryer Rosemary Garlic Smashed Potatoes
Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain well.
Ingredients
- 500 g small new potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain well.
- Place the boiled potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash each one with the bottom of a glass or a potato masher until flattened but still intact.
- In a bowl, toss the smashed potatoes with olive oil, chopped fresh rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crispy.
