Air Fryer Rainbow Tofu & Veggie Skewers
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 piece bell pepper (various colors), cut into chunks
- 1 piece zucchini, cut into thick slices
- 1 piece red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Steps
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
- Add the tofu cubes, bell pepper chunks, zucchini slices, and red onion wedges to the bowl. Toss gently to ensure all ingredients are well coated.
- Thread the tofu and vegetables alternately onto metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 195°C. Place skewers in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd). Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until vegetables are tender and tofu is slightly crispy.
