Air Fryer Pesto Gnocchi
In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil and pesto sauce until well coated.
Ingredients
- 500 g packaged potato gnocchi
- 4 tbsp pesto sauce
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil and pesto sauce until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
- Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the halved cherry tomatoes to the basket and continue cooking.
- Transfer the gnocchi and tomatoes to a serving dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and serve warm.
