- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 2.5 cm diameter).
- Place the cookie balls in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork to create a crosshatch pattern.
- Air fry at 160°C for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
