Air Fryer Parmesan-Crusted Cod Loins
Pat cod loins dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 300 g Cod loins
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste piece Salt and black pepper
Steps
- Pat cod loins dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
- Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each cod loin.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Carefully place the crusted cod loins into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 9-11 minutes, or until the cod is opaque, flakes easily, and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
