Air Fryer Mini Spinach & Feta Frittatas
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Ingredients
- 6 piece large eggs
- 60 g fresh spinach, chopped
- 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 60 ml milk (any kind)
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.125 tsp black pepper
Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
- Lightly grease silicone muffin cups or ramekins and pour the egg mixture evenly into them, filling about two-thirds full.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully place the filled muffin cups into the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittatas are set and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
