  2. Shape the sausage meat into a long log and place it along one edge of the pastry. Roll the pastry tightly around the sausage meat to form a log.
  3. Cut the log into 12-15 mini rolls. Place them seam-side down on a parchment-lined surface. Brush each roll with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Place the mini sausage rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
