Air Fryer Mini Sausage Rolls
Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. If using, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the pastry.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (approx. 250g)
- 250 g sausage meat (or vegetarian sausage)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Steps
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. If using, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the pastry.
- Shape the sausage meat into a long log and place it along one edge of the pastry. Roll the pastry tightly around the sausage meat to form a log.
- Cut the log into 12-15 mini rolls. Place them seam-side down on a parchment-lined surface. Brush each roll with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place the mini sausage rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
