Air Fryer Mini Quiches
Cut puff pastry into small squares and press into greased mini muffin tins.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 2 piece Eggs
- 60 ml Milk
- 50 g Shredded Cheese
- 50 g Cooked Ham/Bacon, diced
- piece Salt & Pepper
Steps
- Cut puff pastry into small squares and press into greased mini muffin tins.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, ham/bacon, salt, and pepper. Pour into pastry cups.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and set.
