Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Lava Cakes
Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
Ingredients
- 60 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 40 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece large egg
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then stir in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into two greased ramekins (oven-safe and air fryer compatible).
- Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set but the center is still gooey. Serve immediately.
