Air Fryer Mini Berry Tarts
In a bowl, gently mix mixed berries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 piece egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Steps
- In a bowl, gently mix mixed berries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Unroll the pie crust and cut out 4-inch circles using a cookie cutter or knife.
- Place each circle into a greased silicone muffin cup or small ramekin. Fill each with the berry mixture.
- Fold the edges of the pie crust inward slightly, creating a rustic tart shape.
- Brush the crust with the beaten egg.
- Air fry at 170°C for 9-11 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
