Air Fryer Mediterranean Sea Bass Fillets
Pat sea bass fillets dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 300 g Sea bass fillets
- 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 50 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30 g Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- to taste piece Salt and black pepper
Steps
- Pat sea bass fillets dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the sea bass fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced Kalamata olives around the fish.
- Air fry at 185°C for 9-11 minutes, or until the sea bass is cooked through, opaque, and flakes easily. The tomatoes should be slightly softened.
- Serve hot, perhaps with a drizzle of fresh olive oil or a squeeze of lemon.
