Air Fryer Lemon-Dill Salmon Portions
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil.
Ingredients
- 300 g Salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried dill
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 piece Lemon, sliced
- to taste piece Salt and black pepper
Steps
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the salmon.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable. Arrange lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary based on thickness.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges, if desired.
