Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers
Halve jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese and cheddar.
Ingredients
- 8 piece Jalapeños
- 120 g Cream Cheese, softened
- 60 g Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 strips Bacon, cut in half (optional)
- 50 g Panko Breadcrumbs
Steps
- Halve jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese and cheddar.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- If using bacon, wrap a half-strip around each stuffed jalapeño. Roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place in air fryer basket. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 8-10 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
