  2. In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Lightly grease two small oven-safe ramekins (approx. 150-200ml capacity).
  4. Layer potato slices, leek slices, and a sprinkle of Gruyere cheese in the ramekins. Pour a portion of the cream mixture over each layer, repeating until ramekins are full, ending with cheese on top.
  5. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown and bubbly. You may need to cover loosely with foil for the last 10 minutes if browning too quickly.
