Air Fryer Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

- 500 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Steps
- In a large bowl, toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic glaze and honey. Drizzle over the cooked Brussels sprouts and toss to coat before serving.
