Air Fryer Honey Baked Pears
Scoop out a small portion from the cored center of each pear half to create a cavity.
Ingredients
- 2 piece firm pears (e.g., Bosc or Anjou), halved and cored
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, divided
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
Steps
- Scoop out a small portion from the cored center of each pear half to create a cavity.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and cinnamon. Drizzle the mixture over the cut side of each pear.
- Place half a tablespoon of butter into the cavity of each pear half, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
- Place the pear halves in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 170°C for 12-15 minutes, or until the pears are tender and slightly caramelized. Serve warm.
