Air Fryer Ham and Cheese Muffins
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Ingredients
- 1 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Large egg
- 180 ml Milk
- 60 g Melted butter
- 100 g Diced ham
- 100 g Shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not overmix). Fold in diced ham and shredded cheese.
- Lightly grease silicone muffin cups and fill each about 3/4 full with batter.
- Place cups in the air fryer basket (work in batches if necessary).
- Cook at 160°C for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
