Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Ingredients
- 2 piece Russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Shake the basket, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Continue to cook for another 8-10 minutes, shaking once more, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
