Air Fryer Garlic Herb Roasted Carrots and Parsnips
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
Ingredients
- 300 g carrots, peeled and chopped
- 300 g parsnips, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped carrots and parsnips with olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately as a delicious side dish.
