Air Fryer Frittata Bites
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.

- 6 Large eggs
- 60 ml Milk
- 50 g Shredded cheese
- 50 g Fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Steps
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Stir in shredded cheese and chopped spinach.
- Lightly grease silicone muffin cups or ramekins that fit in your air fryer.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Place the cups in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata bites are set and lightly golden. Serve warm.
