  3. Place tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  4. While tofu cooks, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Heat gently until slightly thickened.
  5. Once tofu is done, transfer to a bowl and toss with the sriracha glaze until well coated. Serve immediately.
