Air Fryer Crispy Sriracha Tofu Cubes
After pressing, pat tofu cubes very dry. In a bowl, toss tofu with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Ingredients
- 300 g extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 0.5 tsp sesame oil
Steps
- After pressing, pat tofu cubes very dry. In a bowl, toss tofu with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
- Place tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- While tofu cooks, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Heat gently until slightly thickened.
- Once tofu is done, transfer to a bowl and toss with the sriracha glaze until well coated. Serve immediately.
