Air Fryer Crispy Spiced Quinoa
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

- 2 cup cooked quinoa (chilled and dry)
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp cumin powder
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Ensure the cooked quinoa is dry. In a bowl, toss the quinoa with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin powder, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned quinoa in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4-5 minutes, until the quinoa is crispy and golden brown.
