Air Fryer Crispy Smashed Potatoes with Rosemary
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Drain well.
Ingredients
- 700 g small potatoes (e.g., baby gold), washed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Drain well.
- On a cutting board, gently smash each potato with the bottom of a glass or mug until flattened.
- In a bowl, toss the smashed potatoes with olive oil, fresh rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place potatoes in a single layer in the preheated 200°C air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
