  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Add tofu cubes and broccoli florets, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli to the basket with the tofu, toss, and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes, or until tofu is golden and crispy, and broccoli is tender-crisp. Shake the basket halfway through.
