Air Fryer Crispy Garlic Tofu & Broccoli
Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into 2 cm cubes.
Ingredients
- 400 g extra-firm tofu
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 clove garlic, minced
Steps
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into 2 cm cubes.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Add tofu cubes and broccoli florets, tossing to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add broccoli to the basket with the tofu, toss, and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes, or until tofu is golden and crispy, and broccoli is tender-crisp. Shake the basket halfway through.
