Air Fryer Crispy Coleslaw Fritters
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, beaten egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

- 400 g coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1 piece large egg, beaten
- 60 g all-purpose flour
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, beaten egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Add the breadcrumbs and mix until a cohesive mixture forms. Form the mixture into small, flat fritters (about 2 inches in diameter).
- Lightly brush each fritter with vegetable oil. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
