Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Quarters
Pat chicken quarters dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil.
Ingredients
- 2 piece chicken leg quarters (about 700g total)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat chicken quarters dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken quarters.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Place chicken quarters skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, then flip the chicken quarters to be skin-side up.
- Increase temperature to 200°C and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 80°C in the thickest part.
