Air Fryer Crispy Breaded Haddock
Pat haddock fillets dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 300 g Haddock fillets
- 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 piece Egg, beaten
- 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil spray
- to taste piece Salt and black pepper
Steps
- Pat haddock fillets dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Set up a dredging station: one shallow dish with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with Panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each fillet first in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly in Panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Lightly spray the breaded fillets with olive oil spray.
- Place fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
