Air Fryer Cream Cheese Danishes
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 120 g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 piece egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Steps
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold two opposite corners of each square towards the center, pressing gently to seal, creating a diamond shape or simply fold all four corners towards the center.
- Brush the exposed pastry with the beaten egg.
- Air fry at 170°C for 10-12 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
