Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites
Unroll and separate the biscuit dough. Cut each biscuit into 6-8 small pieces.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Steps
- Unroll and separate the biscuit dough. Cut each biscuit into 6-8 small pieces.
- In a saucepan, bring water and baking soda to a rolling boil. Drop the dough pieces into the boiling water for 20-30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon.
- Place the boiled dough pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly brush with some of the melted butter.
- Air fry at 190°C for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- While warm, toss the pretzel bites in a bowl with the remaining melted butter, then transfer to another bowl with the granulated sugar and cinnamon mixture until fully coated. Serve warm.
