Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites
In a bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Ingredients
- 60 g unsalted butter, softened
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 piece large egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 60 g chocolate chips
Steps
- In a bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 2.5 cm diameter) and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry at 160°C for 7-9 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and centers are still slightly soft. Let cool on a rack.
