Air Fryer Cheesy Egg Muffins
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Ingredients
- 4 piece large eggs
- 60 ml milk
- 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.125 tsp black pepper
Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives.
- Lightly grease silicone muffin cups or small ramekins (approx. 4-6) and pour the egg mixture evenly into them.
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (325°F) for 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully place the filled muffin cups into the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden. Cooking time may vary depending on muffin cup size.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
