Air Fryer Caprese Bruschetta
Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced into 12 pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 12 mini fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- q.s. piece fresh basil leaves
- q.s. piece balsamic glaze
Steps
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°C for 2-3 minutes, just until lightly toasted. Remove from air fryer.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with a few halved cherry tomatoes and a halved mini mozzarella ball.
- Return the bruschetta to the air fryer and cook at 180°C for another 2-3 minutes, or until the mozzarella is slightly melted. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
