Air Fryer Beef Satay Skewers
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 piece wooden skewers
Steps
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, and garlic for the marinade.
- Toss beef slices with marinade. Thread beef onto skewers.
- Air fry skewers at 190°C (375°F) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through.
