Air Fryer Beef Meatballs

Ingredients

• 500 g ground beef
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 piece egg
• 1 cup minced onion
• 2 clove minced garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 mins.
4. Place meatballs in a single layer in basket.
5. Cook for 12-15 mins, shaking basket halfway.
6. Ensure internal temp reaches 71°C (160°F).
