Air Fryer Beef Jerky Bites
Slice beef against the grain into thin strips (about 3mm thick).

- 500 g lean beef (top round)
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Steps
- Slice beef against the grain into thin strips (about 3mm thick).
- Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Add beef strips to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat air fryer to 80°C (175°F). Place beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, without overlapping.
- Air fry for 45-60 minutes, checking and flipping occasionally, until dried to desired jerky consistency. Cooking time may vary.
