Air Fryer Beef Empanadas
Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain fat.
Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef
- 12 piece empanada wrappers
- 0.5 piece onion, diced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- piece salt and pepper
Steps
- Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain fat.
- Spoon beef mixture onto empanada wrappers. Fold and crimp edges with a fork.
- Lightly spray empanadas with oil. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
