Air Fryer Baked Eggs in Bell Peppers
Remove seeds and membranes from bell pepper halves. Brush the inside with olive oil.
Ingredients
- 2 Bell peppers (any color), halved
- 4 Large eggs
- 50 g Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Chopped chives or parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Olive oil
Steps
- Remove seeds and membranes from bell pepper halves. Brush the inside with olive oil.
- Crack 2 eggs into each bell pepper half. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs.
- Carefully place the bell pepper halves in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to your preference.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley before serving.
