Air Fryer Arancini
Take a spoonful of cooled risotto, flatten it, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and form into a ball.
Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked Risotto (cooled)
- 100 g Mozzarella, diced
- 1 piece Egg, beaten
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- piece Olive Oil Spray
- piece Salt & Pepper
Steps
- Take a spoonful of cooled risotto, flatten it, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and form into a ball.
- Dip each arancini ball in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs, ensuring full coverage.
- Lightly spray the arancini with olive oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
