Air Fryer Apple Crumble Cups
In a bowl, combine diced apples with 1 tbsp brown sugar and cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 2 piece medium apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 40 g rolled oats
- 30 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g cold butter, cubed
Steps
- In a bowl, combine diced apples with 1 tbsp brown sugar and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, remaining 1 tbsp brown sugar. Cut in the cold butter with your fingers or a pastry blender until crumbly.
- Divide the apple mixture into 4 greased silicone muffin cups or small ramekins.
- Top each with the crumble mixture.
- Air fry at 170°C for 15-18 minutes, or until apples are tender and crumble topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
