Air Fried Golden Fish Patties
In a large bowl, combine flaked cooked fish, mashed potatoes, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Ingredients
- 400 g Cooked white fish (e.g., cod, haddock), flaked
- 150 g Mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 piece Egg, lightly beaten
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (for spraying)
- to taste piece Salt and black pepper
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine flaked cooked fish, mashed potatoes, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the lightly beaten egg to the fish mixture and mix until just combined. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
- Place breadcrumbs on a shallow plate. Dredge each patty in breadcrumbs, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and the patties with olive oil.
- Place patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed). Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
