  2. Add cold butter cubes and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, pulsing until the dough just comes together.
  3. Form the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough very thinly (about 1-2 mm). Cut into small squares or use a cookie cutter. Prick each cracker with a fork.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 170°C. Place crackers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and crispy. Cook in batches.
  6. Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving. They will crisp up further as they cool.
