Acorn squash
Brush squash halves with oil and maple syrup; sprinkle salt and cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 piece acorn squash, halved and seeded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
Steps
- Brush squash halves with oil and maple syrup; sprinkle salt and cinnamon.
- Place cut-side up in air fryer. Cook at 190°C for 25–30 min until tender.
- Scoop and serve.
